Institutes for Pharmaceutical Discovery (IPD) commissioned TLBA for a build-out of approximately 16,000 sf of space adjacent to existing occupied labs, to accommodate animal housing and procedure areas, biology and chemistry labs, conference rooms, offices and electrical and mechanical rooms.  Efficiency of space and the necessity for highly controlled environments drove the design of this commercial research facility.
