Certified Passive House Designers
TLBA is pleased to announce that Christopher Strange, RA, LEED AP is now a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD), one of only a few in CT. Chris earned his certification under the tutelage of Tomas O’Leary, founder of the Passive House Academy, in partnership with the Passive House Institue (PHI), based in Germany. Modern passive house design is one of the most stringent energy standards for any building in the world. Chris is excited to become an emerging leader in passive building architecture and design and is featured on the list of Certified Passive House Designers. Chris plans to join the greater Passive House community worldwide and is working with local Certified Passive House Architects and Builders to start a Passive House Chapter in CT to educate the local communities.
