TLBA was commissioned by the Regional Water Authority to provide conceptual design planning for a new 5000sf combined indoor and outdoor educational facility.  The goal is to instill in the public an appreciation of natural resources and an awareness regarding issues pertaining to watershed, aquatic, terrestrial and ecosystem research.  The program includes classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, offices and interactive research stations.
