Connecticut Mental Health Center at Yale School of Medicine
New Haven, Connecticut
A collaborative development between Yale School of Medicine and the State of Connecticut DMHAS comprising approximately 21,000 square feet, the new addition accommodates Clinical Offices on the 1st floor, Electro-physiology Labs, Lab Support and conference facilities on the 2nd floor, and a Molecular Lab and Lab Offices on the 3rd floor.
Thoughtful integration of the building addition with the master plan for the area, massing, materials and articulation of the addition combine to reinforce the “gateway” along Route 34 westbound to Yale New Haven Hospital and the School of Medicine area in downtown New Haven.
