Through a highly collaborative design effort involving all interested club members, TLBA programmed and designed a new aquatic facility to respond to the member’s objectives as well as a challenging site immediately adjacent to the Tudor Style Club House building.  Learn-to-swim, club races, diving and leisure aquatic programs are supported in the new pool facility.

Generous deck spaces overlooking the golf course are served on one side by a concession area and on the other by new pool support facilities including locker rooms and changing rooms. The pool and decks are sited to minimize disturbance to the existing landforms and landscaping, including mature trees.  The new layout connects the main clubhouse building directly to the new pool deck, allowing the club to stage special outdoor day or evening programs such as dinners, private parties and dances.
