This Conceptual Design was conceived as part of a Design/Build proposal for an 80,000 sf multi-sport, multi-use sports and recreation facility to be built into a sloping site in Central Connecticut.  Amenities include turf athletic and training areas, batting cages, a ropes challenge course and administrative offices, as well as a snack bar and arcade.
