TLBA was commissioned by the Town of Farmington to conduct a Feasibility Assessment of space requirements and conceptual design renovations to the existing town hall facility.  Phase I of this effort resulted in the design of a new entrance for the Town Hall.  The project included reconstruction of the entry plaza, complementing landscape design and a new canopy (portico) and entrance vestibule, establishing a strong visual   relationship with an existing memorial directly to the north.
